Complimentary Webinar

Update: March 1, 2026 is the revised effective date. Ensure you're ready by viewing the webinar recording.

New federal reporting rules are coming. Learn what you need to know from experts at Stewart and the Florida Agency Network. Starting Dec. 1, a nationwide FinCEN rule will replace temporary Geographic Targeting Orders (GTOs), requiring new reporting for many all-cash residential purchases. This webinar breaks down what’s changing, who’s affected and how you can stay compliant.

Get essential insights including:

  • The key role title agents play in identifying risk

The changes coming aren’t just procedural — they mark a shift in how transactions may be reviewed and reported. Get the clarity you need now so you’re prepared when the new rule takes effect.

Watch today to be ready before the deadline for compliance arrives.
