Ardán, Inc. announced the appointment of Rachel McIntosh as controller for its community of companies, which include Westcor Land Title Insurance Co., Grid151, X1 Analytics, Ardán Data Services and Westcor International.
McIntosh has been a part of the finance team at Westcor Land Title and Ardán for more than 10 years, with leaders citing exceptional financial acumen, leadership, and strategic thinking demonstrated over that tenure.
Under McIntosh’s leadership, Ardán has successfully grown from managing a single entity’s financial statement to multiple entities’ financial statements, which have received unqualified options in all statutory and GAAP audits.
“On behalf of the Ardán family, I want to thank Rachel for her dedicated service and congratulate her on this well-deserved promotion,” Sriram Someshwara, chief financial officer, said in a release. “Rachel’s steadfast commitment has been crucial to the growth and success of our operations. I have full confidence she will excel in her new role and bring fresh insights and leadership to our finance department.”
As controller, McIntosh will oversee and manage the financial operations of Ardán, Inc. Leaders said her expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance will be invaluable as the Ardán community of companies maintains financial integrity and drives sustainable growth.
McIntosh earned her master’s degree from the University of Central Florida and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York and Florida. Prior to working in the insurance industry, she worked in public accounting for a firm in New York City.
