Chicago-based Baird & Warner announced the return of industry veteran Bill White Jr. in the role of vice president of broker relations for mortgage and title services. White will focus on fostering relationships and delivering exceptional transactional customer service and communication.
In his new position, White will serve as the primary contact for agents, attorneys and loan officers in supporting Baird & Warner’s integrated suite of real estate services. This “one-stop shop” model includes Baird & Warner’s brokerage services; mortgage services provided through affiliate Key Mortgage Services; and title services through Baird & Warner Title Services.

Previously, White served as vice president and designated managing broker of Baird & Warner’s Glen Ellyn office before joining Compass in 2021, where he helped lead both the Hinsdale and Glen Ellyn, Ill., offices in DuPage County. As senior sales manager, White played a role in launching Compass’ mortgage and title operations across the region and spearheading the managerial team in the development of capture rate practices, processes and accountability.
White brings with him to Baird & Warner a holistic understanding of the brokerage, lending and title landscapes, following in the footsteps of his father, Bill White Sr., one of Naperville’s top-producing agents with Baird & Warner.
