Doma Title Insurance has named Leslie Grillon as its new agency manager for west Texas.
Grillon earned her bachelor of arts in English from Cumberland College in Williamsburg, Ky. She brings more than a decade of sales experience to her position, most recently as national director of sales for Super Home Warranty, where she managed a national team of account executives.
Earlier in her career, she held several positions with the Marriott Corp.for nearly two decades, including five years as senior national sales executive, where she managed 50 top-tier accounts for the Houston market.
“Leslie’s background in hospitality and home warranty sales aligns her perfectly to support and grow our agency base in the West Texas market,” Ashleigh Spruell, assistant vice president, regional agency manager for Doma, said in a release. “In addition, she is a road warrior and stands ready to support our agents with the concierge level of service that has become the hallmark of Doma’s commitment to its agents.”
