Attorney Mitch Arnold has joined Dorsey & Whitney LLP as a real estate of counsel in Phoenix, continuing the office’s growth.
Arnold is a transactional real estate attorney who helps clients with acquisitions, leasing, divestitures, and other complex business matters. Other work includes drafting declarations of covenants, conditions and restrictions, reciprocal easement agreements, leases, purchase sale agreements, and title review.
Prior to his legal career, Arnold worked as an exploration land manager and transactional real estate leader for a California-based oil and natural gas company.
Arnold joins Dorsey & Whitney after service at Clark Hill law firm in Phoenix. He received his J.D., Highest Honor, from the University of Tulsa College of Law and his bachelor of science from the University of Wyoming.
“I’m thrilled to join Dorsey’s impressive practice. The firm’s extensive presence in the Western United States will be an enormous benefit to my clients,” he said.
Dorsey & Whitney office head Scott Jenkins added, “Dorsey entered the Phoenix market in 2022 intending to grow the number of practice areas offered. Adding Mitch Arnold, along with Christopher Sandor in October, helps us continue to deliver on that growth plan to better serve our clients.”
