New York-based Spano Abstract Corp. added attorney Glenn Jersey III to its counsel team. He is experienced in real estate law and has represented clients in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate, institutional and private lending, mortgage closings, partition actions, real estate development and landlord-tenant disputes. His diverse real estate knowledge is vital in helping clients identify potential title issues and guiding them toward the best resolution.
