Southern Title has added Lynne Parent as an account executive and Victoria Ward as a closing assistant to its team in the greater Jacksonville, Fla., area.
“We are thrilled to be adding such dynamic professionals to our Jacksonville team,” Southern Title President Shelley Stewart said in a release. “As more and more Floridians seek a smooth and secure home purchase or refinance, we remain committed to providing the ultimate closing experience.”
Parent will focus on developing new business for the company’s office on St. Augustine Road. She has experience in sales, service, and new business development in the home warranty industry. Originally from New England, Parent earned a bachelors of arts in marketing from Bradford College in Haverhill, Mass., and has called Jacksonville home for over a decade.
Ward will support the branch office in the settlement of real estate purchases and refinances. A native of Jacksonville, Ward has 10-plus years of customer service experience. She is working toward an associate science degree in paralegal studies, specializing in real estate.
