Premier Sotheby’s International Realty has appointed Budge Huskey as its next CEO, the company announced.
Huskey succeeds Judy Green, who remains a shareholder in the company and will serve in an advisory capacity on an ongoing basis, the company said. He will oversee all of the operations and growth strategies of the $5 billion real estate company, a leading affiliate in the Sotheby’s International Realty brand.
“It is truly an honor to be named Judy’s successor and to represent an iconic brand with an unrivaled heritage,” Huskey said. “I look forward to our company’s continued growth and success in partnership with the industry’s best real estate professionals.”
Huskey joined the brokerage as president in 2016. He previously led Coldwell Banker as president and CEO.
Premier Sotheby’s International Realty has more than 1,100 associates and employees in 40 locations throughout Florida and North Carolina.
