WFG National Title Insurance Co. added two industry veterans to its South Texas team. Debbie Youens has been appointed to the newly created role of South Texas regional escrow manager, and Gregg Harris is the new South Texas regional sales manager.

Both executives will report to South Texas Regional Manager and Houston Division President Monique Modica Vasek and support WFG’s growing presence in South Texas, adding Austin and Houston divisions to its current Dallas/Fort Worth and San Antonio divisions.

Youens will manage escrow teams in Houston, San Antonio and Austin.

“Debbie will share her expertise with Texas real estate transactions and her deep understanding of escrow, title, and real estate rules and regulations,” Vasek said in a release. “She is a ‘Wonder Woman’ in the title business. Her decades of industry knowledge and experience will further set WFG apart when it comes to providing the highest level of professional expertise and exceptional customer service to our customers.”

Youens, a licensed Realtor since 1989, has an established career in real estate, title insurance, corporate relocation and branch management, most recently as a sales manager for two major Houston real estate brokerages: Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty and John Daugherty, Realtors. She’s also served as vice president of sales at Heritage Texas Properties in Cypress, Texas, and as a regional manager at GMAC Global Relocation Services in Houston.

Harris will oversee WFG’s sales efforts in Houston, San Antonio and Austin.

“Gregg is a seasoned and proven sales veteran, focused on investing in dedicated, highly trained and effective sales executives,” Vasek said. “By utilizing proven sales strategies and only the best tools and resources, his teams will be able to offer differentiating value to our clients and exceed customer expectations.”

Harris began his career 20 years ago as district manager and in sales training for ADP, followed by sales leadership and management roles at two national title insurance companies in Houston.

"WFG is a fast-growing company looking to bring their values and technology to Texas,” Harris said. “Being at WFG gives me the opportunity to work with a forward-looking, growth-oriented company that shares my own people-first values. I now have the tools to partner with our clients and help them grow their business as we work together.”
