Kensington Vanguard (KV) National Land Services has hired two executives to aid its commercial title insurance efforts in Arizona, the company announced.
Kensington Vanguard said Carol Rieger was hired as vice president and senior commercial escrow officer and will co-manage the company’s Phoenix branch. Nicole Marucci was hired as vice president of business development and underwriting counsel.
“Carol and Nicole will add significant depth and talent to our already strong local team and establish KV as one of the leaders in the Arizona commercial title insurance space,” KV co-CEO Brian Cooper said in a release. “We’re committed to continued growth in this market.”
Rieger’s career in commercial real estate has spanned 25 years. She has managed numerous offices and is considered an expert in business development and the servicing of complex commercial transactions.
Marucci will manage client relationships and concentrate on growth initiatives. Her experience includes business development and title insurance underwriting.
“Nicole and I are thrilled to be joining such a prestigious firm and are excited to offer expanded services through Kensington Vanguard’s national platform, relationships and presence,” Rieger said.
