Licensing

DocPros maintains a current business license at all times and is in good standing with the Secretary of State of California. We require all of our notaries, licensed title producers and attorneys to maintain and provide proof of a commission or license appropriate for their state.

Protecting NPI

DocPros has and maintains a written privacy policy information security program to protect the non-public personal information of our clients and their clients (ie: borrowers). Measures include, but are not limited to: a secure website for transmittal of documents, network security provided by housing all servers in a NASA-rated data center, contracted shredding of physical documents as needed, and internal audits and on-going training to ensure all aspects of the Best Practice are maintained.

Insurance Coverage

DocPros maintains a $1 million errors and omissions policy, including coverage for our entire data base of independent contractor notaries and attorneys; In addition, we maintain a $1 million crime and fidelity coverage. 

Consumer Complaints

DocPros maintains written procedures for resolving consumer complaints including, but not limited to: a point of contact for consumer complaints, procedures for forwarding such complaints to appropriate personnel, and a log of consumer complaints which includes how the complaint was resolved.
