The breadth and depth of Data Trace’s recorded property records database will help you research and close more transactions with confidence and efficiency. Data Trace provides a vast history of recorded land documents, applicable to property and buyers and sellers, including deeds and mortgages, tax information, liens, judgments and more to help facilitate the title policy production process. Our high quality flexible indexing empowers title searchers and examiners to quickly locate all required documents to produce valid title evidence.

Using nearly five decades of national title plant management experience, Data Trace maintains the nation’s largest, most advanced repository of real estate title plants, tax data and recorded property data, including a fast-growing database of more than five billion land record images. To keep national title plant data accurate and up to date, we scan, index and post more than 2.6 million real estate documents per month and our title plant information is keyed twice, sampled for accuracy and meticulously screened to meet the highest quality standards.
