Protecting NPI

All files are kept in drawers until closed. After closing all files are scanned to our secured cloud site that is 256k encrypted. All closed files are shredded 6 months from closing date. Shredding consisted of onsite shredding with at least a p6 or p7 shredding score.

Settlement Processes

There is much to say here for Anchor Title Settlement Procedures and Processes. We have two licensed Title Agents on staff who maintain more than the required hours of CLE. Our senior closer/Manager has roughly 20 years in the Title Business. All non senior Settlement Agents must have each Settlement statement approved by senior management. Policy Production

Policies are produced and mailed out as soon as possible or before 60 days provided there are not issues with cancellation requirements. If necessary letters, emails and phone calls are made to expiate all items.
