Title Resources Guaranty Co., a subsidiary of Realogy Corp., has hired
Dan Dalen as vice president, Arizona underwriting specialist and business development.
Dalen brings more than 35 years of title expertise to Title Resources Guaranty Co., with in-depth involvement in all aspects of the title industry and direct day-to-day experience in title searching, examination and reporting issues.
Dalen comes to Title Resources after seven years with Equity Title Agency where he served as chief title officer and title operations manager.

Title Resources Guaranty Co. announced a hiring binge in March and has been adding staff since. The company was created in 1983 and is the nation’s 5th largest family of underwriters. Title Resources is licensed in 26 states and the District of Columbia. It is a full-service title, settlement and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
