Oklahoma-based Title Clearing & Escrow (TC&E) has appointed Zach Hines as senior vice president of business development and Cara Ogrodowski as client relations manager.
Hines will be responsible for expanding TC&E’s market share and sales team while creating new revenue opportunities. With more than 20 years in the title industry, he brings a diverse, extensive background along with a proven track record of consistently outperforming sales goals and objectives.
Most recently, Hines served as CEO of TitleClose, an industry-leading technology provider that assists lenders in maintaining compliance and provides transparency by disclosing accurate title fees to all parties in real estate transactions. He also held executive leadership roles at BCHH National Title Agency, Ascendant National Title, Amrock, Equity National Title & Closing, and LandAmerica Financial Group. Hines graduated from Purdue University with a degree in organizational leadership.
As client relations manager, Ogrodowski will work with TC&E’s customers to understand their goals and ensure their needs are met. A business development expert, Ogrodowski has more than 20 years of title industry experience and is highly skilled at operations, client support and vendor management. Most recently, Ogrodowski served as executive vice president at TitleClose. In this role, she collaborated with title agents on closing cost calculators and mobile apps while focusing on client engagement, sales, and marketing. Ogrodowski's career also includes executive positions at LandAmerica, Service 1st, and EPIC Real Estate Solutions. She is a graduate of Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, Pa.
