The chief executive officer of Florida-based Majesty Title Services was appointed to the Tampa-Hillsborough County Expressway Authority by Gov. Rick Scott.
Vincent Cassidy, Majesty Title Services chief executive officer, was a senior vice president with JP Morgan Chase from 1981-2006. Cassidy is a member of the National Exchange Club of Tampa and the Greater Tampa Chamber and also a founding board member of Gulfshore Bank in Tampa.
Cassidy received his bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and graduated from the University of Virginia’s Graduate School of Banking with honors. He succeeds Donald Phillips, chief executive officer of Phillips Development and Realty LLC, on the board and is appointed for a term beginning this month and ending July 1, 2016.
The Tampa-Hillsborough County Expressway Authority owns and operates the Lee Roy Selmon Expressway and two non-tolled roads, Brandon Parkway and Meridian Avenue.
