ServiceLink, a provider of tech-enabled mortgage services, brought on three new hires for its origination division. Each will be responsible for driving client growth strategy for originations products.
Joe Amoroso joins ServiceLink as a vice president, national sales executive. He brings decades of experience within the mortgage lending and title industries, where he was an individual contributor and leader. Amoroso most recently worked at UCLS Universal Component Lender Services, a CATIC company, and for nine years prior led Indeed Abstract, a captive title company he built for HomeBridge Financial Services.
Additional leadership roles held by Amoroso include tenures with REMN Wholesale, CitiMortgage, Optimum Financial Services and Fairbank Mortgage Corp. He is the past president and a current board member of the Connecticut Mortgage Bankers Association, earning the 2022 New England Mortgage Bankers Association Hall of Fame Award.
Laurinda Clemente, AMP, joins ServiceLink as a national sales executive. She spent 21 years at MERSCORP Holdings, where she was responsible for growth and adoption within the eastern half of the country. As one of the first 20 employees at MERSCORP Holdings, Clemente helped the company grow into an industry utility, leaders said.
Additionally, she has experience as a mortgage lender, government liaison and consultant to various mortgage-related enterprises.
Tom Lum also joins ServiceLink as a national sales executive. He is an experienced mortgage industry professional with a deep background in business development, relationship management and capital markets within every lending channel.
Lum began his mortgage career at Millenium Bank, where he quickly rose to a leadership role. His in-demand capital markets experience led him to excel in a variety of roles over the years, where he was repeatedly a top producer and an exceptional leader. Most recently, Lum worked for Village Capital & Investments LLC, one of the industry’s largest wholesale and correspondent lenders.
