Doug Day, manager of Baltimore City Sage Title Group, announced it has expanded its office to include
Marci Smedley, a veteran attorney in the settlement services business. A graduate of University of Baltimore Law School, Smedley brings more than 20 years of title and expertise to the Sage Baltimore team. She also has investors and commercial clientele that will complement the residential business the office serves today.
Day said he selected Smedley based on her skill set and her philosophy as it relates to customer service.
“Our team prioritizes customer service with our homeowners, Realtors and lenders. Marci’s skills as an attorney and her understanding of the importance of customer service made her the right choice for this position. We are thrilled to have Marci on our team,” said Day, who joined the Baltimore Sage Title Group earlier this year to be a part of one of the many businesses that are gentrifying the Baltimore downtown area.
