Lone Star Title Co. of El Paso, Texas, a locally owned title insurance and real estate settlement services company, proudly announces its 25th anniversary.
Since its establishment in 1999, Lone Star has been committed to exceeding client expectations and fostering a sense of community with record-breaking annual performances in 2022 and 2023, which has solidified its reputation as El Paso’s chosen title company and reaffirmed its status as the largest locally owned independent title agency in west Texas, company leaders said.
“Every time Lone Star closes a property, it benefits El Paso; we’re proud of that! As we celebrate this huge milestone, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has put their trust and support in us over the years. We appreciate our valued clients, underwriters, friends, families, teammates and the greater El Paso community. Here’s to many more years of overlapping stories and success,” President John Martin said in a release.
Over the last quarter of a century, Lone Star has grown its team to include more than 60 employees, many of whom have been with the company for decades. With four branch locations in El Paso, the company prides itself on closing residential, commercial and farm and ranch real estate deals throughout Texas. Lone Star recently expanded its footprint with the acquisition of six expansion counties in the Texas Panhandle region.
The company recently launched LoneStarAgent One, a personalized, user-friendly app accessible to realtors and lenders for reputable seller net sheets and rate calculations for their clients. The company also launched Connect by LST in 2023. Connect by LST is an application that enhances the closing experience for realtors and lenders, allowing them to communicate with the Lone Star team about their transactions and upload documents outside traditional working hours.
“You don’t stay in business for 25 years without looking to the future and welcoming change,” Vice President Marshall Martin said. “El Paso has experienced significant growth and transformation, and it has been a privilege to grow alongside this community and support the commercial and residential real estate sectors that have contributed to making El Paso the vibrant, one-of-a-kind city it is today.”
