North Carolina-based Investors Title is partnering with CloudMoyo, Inc., a digital engineering firm headquartered in Bellevue, Wash., on a digital revamp of its contract management process.
According to leaders, this will transform Investors Title’s contract intelligence with various integrations as well as a higher level of risk mitigation with new risk assessment capabilities built into the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform.

CloudMoyo reported it has completed more than 145 ICI implementations.
With the extended partnership of post-implementation adoption services, Investors Title said it has experienced reduced turnaround times for contract executions and delivered a 20 percent cost reduction by optimizing its number of users. With enhanced scalability of the contracting platform and continued relationship with CloudMoyo, Investors Title added that it’s equipped to grow steadily, managing a growing volume of contracts without compromising accuracy, speed, or quality of service.
