More than 40 speakers will take the stage over three days this week at the 21st National Settlement Services Summit (NS3) at The Westin Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pa. Over 600 attendees will hear from them during 18 sessions.
Featured Speaker Brian Carter, CEO of Optymedia, will kick off NS3 on Monday, June 16, with a presentation on artificial intelligence in housing and leadership. It’s followed by a fireside chat with Cartree Pettis, director of product implementation at Ardán.
Other sessions planned for Monday include “Leveraging Instant Payments in Real Estate Transactions,” “Optimizing Bank-Title Partnerships for Seamless Closings” and a series of “Tech Tools for Tomorrow” presentations. The day concludes with the Make a Child Smile community outreach event and Opening Night Reception.
Tuesday’s full slate of sessions opens with a session on housing innovations, providing actionable strategies to address today’s housing challenges. Attendees can then choose to attend presentations on the Sales and Marketing or the Compliance Track, as well as the popular Technology Forum and a new event, Meet Your Regulators, which invites attendees to connect with industry regulators and advocates in an informal setting.
The day closes out with featured speaker and industry favorite Phil Schulman, back from retirement to share his expertise and some laughs with his engaging presentation, “What Do You Mean You Can’t Tell a Joke…You’re In Real Estate!!!” Then, head to the Networking Reception at Puttshack for some mini-golf and refreshments.
Wednesday begins with the popular Women in Business Breakfast (preregistration required) and includes National Association of Realtor’s Deputy Chief Economist Jessica Lautz as the featured speaker, sharing her economic analysis. Other sessions include “Latest Fraud Evolution in Real Estate” and “Top Three Fraud Threats Earth Wind and Fire: Retaining Business Continuity Through Disasters.”
