Dear Readers,
Welcome to 2012! I hope all of you had a safe and joyous holiday season. I know I am feeling rested and invigorated to tackle whatever the New Year will bring. I’m also feeling cold. It is January in Cleveland, Ohio, after all.
I’m a big fan of
Seinfeld, and being so near the holidays I’m reminded of the classic Festivus episode. In the mythical Festivus, there was a tradition called the Airing of Grievances, and I’d like to open up the floor for
The Title Report’s version of that.
Here at
The Title Report, we are constantly looking to improve our content and delivery of information. In order to do that, we need to hear from all of you. From my perspective, if you are a title industry professional who has chosen to subscribe to
The Title Report, it’s because you are engaged and passionate about the industry. You want to know what’s happening, what’s going to happen and how you can improve or adapt your own business to compete in this market place. So, if our readers have something to say either about the industry or
The Title Report, I’d like to hear it.
The mission, if you choose to accept it, is to send me your thoughts on what we do. Here are some questions to guide you:
- When you think of The Title Report, what words come to mind?
- What does The Title Report brand mean to you?
-
Does our content deliver on those expectations?
-
How could content improve?
-
Does our delivery (print, email, website, Twitter, Webinars) provide enough avenues to receive the information you want?
-
How could delivery improve?
-
What features and articles do you most enjoy?
-
What features and articles could you most do without?
-
What features and articles would be welcome additions?
I encourage all of you to think about some or all of these questions and send me an email at
[email protected] with the subject
Title Report 2012 with any and all feedback you might have. Stay tuned next week, when we will complete that other Festivus tradition, the Feats of Strength.
Until next time,
Chris Crowell
