The SmartGFE Calculator is unique in that it only requires answers to questions that are critical to calculating accurate discounted refinance rates for each title company. By also including conditional fees, the calculator now allows title agencies with several locations to manage the multiple fee structures and deliver accurate rates based on county, region or zone.
