A&D Mortgage has introduced AIM Assistant, an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered tool designed to make daily operations inside the AIM Partner Portal faster, clearer and more convenient for mortgage brokers.
Accessible from every page of the portal, AIM Assistant combines instant answers, streamlined loan change requests and direct access to the partner support team in a single interface.
“We know that, in this market, speed and clarity aren’t just nice to have – they’re non-negotiable,” A&D Mortgage CEO Max Slyusarchuk said in a release. “AIM Assistant is our way of putting key answers directly into our partners’ hands, 24/7. No delays, no confusion, just instant results.”
Brokers can use AIM Assistant to:
- Request loan changes – including lock changes and loan details changes – from any AIM page;
- Ask the AI Guideline Assistant for non-QM answers; and
- Connect to partner support or schedule a training session.
The launch of AIM Assistant is part of the company’s strategy to offer a solution that saves brokers time, reduces friction and supports better, faster decision-making. By embedding the tool into AIM, A&D representatives said they are ensuring that brokers have the information and support when and where they need it.
