Sales and marketing professionals have a chance to learn from their peers during one of the sessions at the National Settlement Services Summit (NS3) happening June 16-18 at the Westin Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pa.
Deb Grace, executive vice president of business development for AccuTitle, and Mark Holley, vice president of sales for Domidocs, will host “Turn Lessons into Action: Craft your Business Playbook” on June 17 from 2-2:30 p.m.
Grace said the interactive program will give attendees a chance to share feedback on the sales and marketing sessions happening that same day at NS3. It will be a chance for attendees to “elaborate on the takeaways and what-to-do’s” that they learned during the previous presentations, she explained
The time is right, according to Grace, for sales and marketing professionals to figure out how they can differentiate themselves from their competitors.
“With the state of the industry right now, (the) timing is great to hit on this topic where adding that personal touch and direct outreach is appreciated and really does set one apart from others,” Grace told The Title Report. “This is a great forum to hear and share thoughts to strengthen the experience(s) for others.”
Grace said she believes the sessions will help business owners who want to expand their market share through relationships and complement the services they already offer. She expects small business leaders in particular will benefit from the ideas shared in the program and hopes attendees walk away with “excitement about simple ideas that will have (an) immediate impact on (their) business.”
