CATIC Title, a subsidiary of CATIC Financial Inc., announced that Kenneth Gruder has been appointed chairman of its board of directors. Gruder, an attorney, is a founding member of Goldman, Gruder & Woods LLC, which has offices in Norwalk, Trumbull and Greenwich, Conn., as well as in Tarrytown, N.Y.
Gruder has been a CATIC Title board member since its inception in 2016. His practice focuses on real estate transactions and default solutions. Gruder’s general practice firm, with approximately 20 lawyers, has a heavy emphasis on real estate transactions and litigation.
In announcing Gruder’s appointment, CATIC Financial Inc.’s President and Chief Executive Officer James Czapiga stated, “At a pivotal moment in our company’s growth, we are fortunate to have Kenny step into the role of chairman.
