Arizona Capitol Times, Best Companies Group and BestCompaniesAZ announced that Clear Title Agency of Arizona earned a spot on the 2024 Top Companies to Work For in Arizona list for the 12th consecutive year.
This annual program was created to identify and honor the best employers in Arizona for company culture and business influence. To be considered, companies had to have an Arizona facility, at least 15 eligible employees and be in business for a minimum of one year.
Twenty-five percent of the evaluation for eligible companies was based on workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The remaining 75 percent was based on anonymous employee surveys that measured the employee experience.
“Receiving this recognition for twelve consecutive years shows how strongly we believe that our people are our most valuable asset,” Bart Patterson, CEO of Clear Title Agency of Arizona, said. “We’ve made it a commitment to create a workplace where every employee feels valued and empowered to succeed. When employees can succeed it translates to better service for our customers.”

Best Companies Group managed the registration and survey process, and determined the final rankings. Companies will be recognized in the Aug. 23 issue of the Arizona Capitol Times.
