ITEC marketing VP earns certified exchange specialist designation

Matt Linville, who joined Investors Title Exchange Corp. (ITEC) in 2023 as marketing vice president, has recently earned the designation of certified exchange specialist (CES). This designation is conferred by the Federation of Exchange Accommodators upon qualified individuals who meet specific work-experience criteria and pass an exam on §1031 exchange laws, procedures and ethical practices. ITEC now has six certified exchange specialists available to help customers navigate like-kind exchange transactions.

Linville leads ITEC marketing efforts and supports Investors Title’s commercial services division, subsidiary companies and local offices with business development and educational initiatives. He began his career as a like-kind exchange relationship manager at a large financial institution and has held various financial management and business administration positions for over 25 years.
