Jenesis Software, a North Carolina-based provider of insurance agency management solutions, announced it acquired Dalton Digital, a marketing agency supporting the title insurance industry. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Services offered by Jenesis Software include web-based agency management software and marketing solutions.
Leaders said the deal will provide the team at Dalton Digital access to a broader range of resources, technologies and expertise.
