National Integrity Title Agency (NITA), a full-service title insurance and settlement agency for commercial and residential real estate, was named one of the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Best Places to Work in greater Philadelphia 2023.
The Marlton, N.J.-based company and its 40-plus employees throughout the region were one of only 19 business to be recognized in the “small” category defined as one with 25-49 employees.
The two-part process began with a call for nominations from the public then NITA’s employees were surveyed to determine the list based on factors including company culture, compensation, benefits and trust in senior leadership. Winners were chosen by their composite score after results were compiled and evaluated.
“You hear it often – ‘employees are a company’s greatest asset’ and there is no truer statement,” said co-owners George E. Duffield, Sr. and Fran Turchi in a joint statement. “From day one, we set out to create a work environment that is professional and productive but equally comfortable and fun. The results of this program confirm it is working.” The partners went on to add, “Having our team’s survey responses key to being named one of the Best Places to Work is so gratifying. We cannot thank them enough as it is their hard work and commitment to going the extra mile that has helped NITA to grow year over year.”
Founded in 1992 as Integrity Title Agency, National Integrity Title Agency is a privately-owned title insurance agency serving the commercial and residential real estate community throughout the Delaware Valley. The company was acquired in 2015 by Turchi and Duffield, Sr. and has grown to employ more than 40 team members.
