The Fidelity National Financial Family of Companies appointed two brothers to its mid-Atlantic team; Timothy Hooper as vice president of training and technology, and Andrew Hooper as agency and employee training coordinator.
Timothy comes to Fidelity with a background as a sales coach and business consultant. The company said his duties will focus on streamlining agents’ internal processes and helping them stand out in their local markets. Timothy holds a degree in mass communications/public relations from Middle Tennessee State University.
He is a John Maxwell-certified coach, host of the Energy4Sales podcast, and four-time author of the GotEnergy series.
Since joining the title industry, Fidelity said, Andrew has made a significant impact by supporting title agents in executing effective strategies that foster growth. Leaders added that he’s respected for his expertise in customer experience, brand development, and online presence.
Andrew hosts the “Hanging with the Hoopers” podcast and serves on the advisory board for the Shenandoah University Transformative Leader Program. Prior to joining the title industry in 2021, he served in various leadership roles at JP Morgan Chase.
