Marketing firm Bowe Digital was recently named one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana for the second year in a row by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.
This statewide survey and awards program recognizes and honors companies leading the way in workplace culture in Indiana. The honorees are compiled by the Workforce Research Group and determined through employer reports and anonymous employee surveys.
Bowe Digital has been fully remote since its inception in 2017 to allow its team the flexibility to work from anywhere and create limitless hiring opportunities to attract the best talent. The company has learned how to cultivate meaningful relationships with its team members and support partners in their marketing endeavors without a physical office. With a four-day workweek and unlimited PTO as an added benefit, each team member can set a schedule that works for personal and family commitments.

Bowe Digital serves more than 200 small businesses nationwide. The company has carved a niche in the land title insurance industry but works with businesses and other operations of all types.
The company started as a one-person operation and has grown to include 21 full-time employees.
“As we grow, our most important goal is to continue building a team passionate about marketing and to cheer each other on toward personal and professional success. The stronger we are internally the better we can perform for our customers,” Stanley added.
