Bowe Digital, a marketing firm that serves small business including title agencies, announced the addition of three new team members.
“This expansion of our team comes as a result of increased demand for our services,” Wayne Stanley, Bowe Digital owner and chief inspiration officer, said in a release. “We continue to adapt so we can help new and existing customers navigate this challenging economy. As a remote company, hiring opportunities become limitless because we aren’t tied to a certain location. Each new hire brings fresh ideas and talent to the team.”
Account Lead Abigail Geary comes to Bowe Digital from the title industry, where she was in charge of a title company’s social media. Bowe said that experience prepared her to keep up with the demands and changing needs of real estate professionals who partner with the company.
“The title industry is constantly changing alongside the housing market. With county, state and nation-wide changes and regulations, every day is completely new,” Geary said.
Jill Voris joins Bowe as a content lead after 34 years in education.
“After so many years in the same industry, I was ready for a change, but nowhere near ready for retirement,” she said. “Bowe Digital offered me a chance to do something I love, which is writing and English composition. A good teacher knows how to build relationships with students, families and colleagues. I’ve been able to bring that into the marketing industry and nurture relationships with my partners and teammates.”
Austin Ventura is continuing his career in graphic design as a graphic lead at Bowe. In 2020, he started a business doing freelance work with Indiana University Kokomo athletes and small businesses to help them solidify their brand.
“I have always loved working with small businesses and being a part of something bigger than myself,” he said. “Bowe Digital gives me the opportunity to do that.In the short time that I’ve been on this team, I’ve felt right at home. I love the incredible support system we have in place for one another, especially as a new employee learning new things.”
