Stewart Information Services Corp. announced Erin Sheckler has been promoted to th head of national commercial services, reporting to Group President Steve Lessack.
Sheckler has been with Stewart for three years as senior division president for the Pacific Northwest, responsible for managing and overseeing direct operations strategy and growth in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. Prior to joining Stewart, she worked as senior vice president of national commercial services for WFG National Title Insurance Co.
“Before Erin came to us, she was integral to the growth and development of commercial services and underwriting in her previous roles,” Lessack said in a release. “As our national commercial presence continues to see steady growth post-pandemic, it requires a leader with strategic and mindful direction. Erin’s focus will be building our commercial brand in strong markets while strengthening our underwriting capacity and expanding into markets where we’ve previously been underrepresented.”
Sheckler earned her bachelor of arts in journalism/public relations and business/finance from Western Washington University, and her juris doctris, cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law.
