Paymints.io, a secure, digital, white-label SaaS platform that allows title companies and escrow officers to send and receive electronic payments for many types of real estate transactions, has been chosen as a member of the inaugural class of the Electronic Transaction Association’s Top 10 Payments Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) award winners.
The company’s open-integration platform allows prospective home buyers to deposit their earnest money directly from their checking accounts when making an offer on a home.
As the modernization of B2B payments gains traction in the real estate industry, paymints.io aims to lead the front by enabling escrow holders and settlement agents to disburse funds to clients and vendors.
Refinancing clients can transfer funds needed for the closing to the title company’s escrow account. Paymints.io also includes single sign-on (SSO), white-label marketing and bank-level security for protection against wire fraud.
