Boston-based Notarize expanded its notary sourced transaction (NST) offering to four new states: Maryland, North Dakota, Oklahoma and West Virginia.
The move allows notaries to serve clients digitally through remote online notarization (RON). They join peers already making use of NST in Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Washington and Wisconsin.
NST functionality enables notaries to set their own pricing and payment structure for customers while utilizing features including templates, easy links and unique simplified witness procedures, Notarize said.
Additional state expansions could be announced soon, according to the company.
