Georgia-based title marketplace Fee Favor now offers services in all 50 states, completing its nationwide expansion. The company’s platform allows real estate professionals to connect to public records examiners who can provide title services including residential and commercial title searches, offline courthouse documents and research.
There are no subscription fees or special access privileges needed to access the public access platform and place orders. Customers can shop the service providers.
“If your order does not get fulfilled, you are not charged,” Fee Favor founder and CEO Jeff Edrington said in a release.
Fee Favor offers services in more than 3,000 counties across the country and offers more than 45 different services.
