As North American Title Insurance Co.’s (NATIC) new state agency manager for Florida, Ryan Peterson will oversee independent agent activities, including securing and servicing agents and approved attorneys to promote new and increased business activity.
Peterson started working in the title insurance industry in 2013 as a title agent. He went on to serve as agency manager for a regional underwriter, helping the company expand its presence in Florida.
“At NATIC, we partner with our agents by assisting them as title agents as well as business owners. From the onset, Ryan’s approach has mirrored this NATIC model,” Assistant Vice President and Regional Agency Manager Jared Uthe said in a release. “Ryan’s interest in the latest technologies that benefit title agencies contributes to his success in building lasting relationships with agency owners.”
Peterson is a graduate of Valencia College in Orlando. He serves on the Florida Land Title Association (FLTA) membership committee.
“Coming from a family of nurses, project managers and educators, my passion is to serve, and my superpower is empathy,” Peterson said. “Having worked as a closing agent myself, I can sympathize with almost any need or pain point an agent may have. My aim is to help agents any way that I can. If I am not the solution, I likely know someone or something that is.”
