Realtor.com has launched a new tool is said helps connect closing companies and title attorneys to agents, brokers, and homebuyers, the company said.
The company said its ClientSelect Title Marketing can help closing companies and attorney fill their pipeline with a steady flow of consumers, expand their networks by building relationships with real estate agents and loan officers, and maximize marketing dollars by targeting the right agents.
Realtor.com said ClientSelect also measures performance by tracking each connection and monitoring follow-up.
“I’m usually relying 100 percent on the agent at the end of the process to give me the business. With Realtor.com, I now have some input into the process early on,” Financial Dimensions President and CEO Bill Morano said in a release. “I like the fact that we have a reason to connect with one another – it’s not another cold call. We both have the mutual goal to close a specific home buyer. Real estate agents are busy people, and it’s hard to network without that common interest.”
Realtor.com said it also applies data analytics and behavior insights to connect people with the agents, brokers, lenders and title professionals who can best help them in their home search.
