Indiana-based Bosse Title Corp. purchased Evansville Titles Corp., the oldest title services company in the area. This acquisition brings together Evansville Titles’ 65 years in the industry with Bosse Title’s 37 years.
“The November acquisition brought together two of the Tri-State’s most experienced title companies with more than 300 years of combined staff experience,” said Jeff Bosse II, vice-president and chief operating officer, Bosse Title Corp.
The staff of Evansville Titles, led by Christa Kingsbury, who becomes the new director of closing services for the combined company, is now located in Bosse Title’s offices in downtown Evansville. Teresa Fruit will continue as the director of title services, leading a staff of searchers, title examiners and title services personnel. All 10 of Evansville Title’s employees now work for the combined company.
“This combination will produce synergies resulting in greater efficiencies, allowing us to provide an outstanding customer experience,” said Jeffrey A. Bosse, long-time Evansville attorney and Bosse Title founder, who will continue as president of the combined operations. “Our clients will continue to receive the same high level of quality they have come to expect.”
Both companies provide title insurance, insured closings, title searches and tax-deferred exchanges, facilitating sales and refinances of both residential and commercial real estate properties.
