Company Description:

Passport Title Services, LLC handles residential and commercial closings in Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia. We have approximately 40 attorneys who conduct closings through Passport Title Services, LLC. We underwrite through Fidelity National Title Insurance Company.

Licensing

We keep track of licensing through our underwriter, Fidelity National Title Co. They notify us when licenses are expiring. We also track all our employees and title attorneys using a spreadsheet.

Consumer Complaints

All complaints are immediately sent to the President, John R.H. Cotter, who calls the consumer within 24 hours of receiving the complaint. We try to resolve the complaint immediately. If this is not possible we will notify the client every three days as to our progress.
