All American Title Co., Inc. (AAT) was organized in May of 1999. From the very beginning we had a consistent vision of Superior Customer Service and a “Value Added” approach. We focus heavily on getting to know our customers and look for opportunities to help them grow their organizations. Customer Service continues to be our core focus at AAT. We offer a Specialized Closing Process for each client that focuses on their organizations priorities and individual needs. All Federal, State, Local and industry licensing is maintained, tracked, and renewed as applicable.

Escrow Trust Accounting

All American Title company reconciles all trust accounts daily. Unclaimed funds are escheated on an annual basis. Our organization utilizes positive pay and software to alert uncashed checks including payoffs, homeowners insurance and proceeds checks.

Protecting NPI

A written privacy and information security program to protect Non-public Personal Information is maintained. The policy includes security measures for both physical and digital NPI, background checks of all employees, disaster recovery plan and ongoing training of staff.

Settlement Processes

All American Title Company maintains a written policy that includes adhering to our underwriter’s requirements for recording documents and utilizing software to ensure title premium and fees are accurate and as per filed rates.

Policy Production

Procedures for the production and delivery of title insurance policies to ensure All American Title Company can meet our legal and contractual obligations as it pertains to our underwriters. All title insurance policies are to be issued and delivered to customers within 30 days of recording of the instrument.

Insurance Coverage

All American Title Company maintains a written policy documenting the review professional liability coverage (errors and omissions insurance, fidelity, and surety bond) and has financial capacity to cover its professional services obligations.

Consumer Complaints

A written policy and procedure is maintained to track and resolve consumer complaints. All American Title also sends out Google Reviews to give all of our customers the ability to easily give feedback. Customers who give reviews of 3-1 stars out of 5 are contacted by Managements to resolve and make right for the consumers.
