New York-based bundle, a national provider of compliant real estate document preparation services, announced the appointment of Jeremy Potter to its board of directors.
In this role, Potter will draw upon his extensive experience in the mortgage and title industries to collaborate with bundle and parent company Knox Capital's entire portfolio of real estate business. His primary focus is to leverage investments in technology, identify strategic alliances, and facilitate the integration of legal, real estate, title companies, and services.
"My goal is to make the expert a better expert by pairing them with the right tools to enhance their capabilities and improve efficiencies,” Potter said in a release.
Potter embarked on his career over a decade ago as chief compliance attorney for a New England-based mortgage and insurance company. Since then, he has relocated to the Midwest and developed an interest in digitizing the real estate industry and its supporting companies, company leaders said.
"We are thrilled to welcome Jeremy Potter to our leadership team," said Frank Dec, CEO at bundle. "His addition exemplifies the support that Knox provides when they invest in an ongoing business; Knox continues to actively assist in bundle’s growth and development.”
