Pythonic Corp. announced its partnership with Connecticut-based Baillie and Hershman P. C. Law Offices (BH) to automate BH’s title insurance file-opening process.
Using Pythonic’s Precision-first artificial intelligence (AI) models, BH has streamlined its process, so orders are opened in minutes, not hours or days, according to firm leaders.
“We are thrilled to partner with Pythonic to bring artificial intelligence capabilities to our business workflows,” Jay Hershman, BH senior partner, said in a release. “File opening is the beginning of the closing experience, and by using Pythonic’s innovative technologies and expertise, we can automate our data entry and setup tasks, allowing us to open files in record time. As a ‘tech-optimist’, I’m always looking for ways to innovate for a more streamlined experience for our team and our clients.”
Pythonic’s large language and computer vision models can see and understand scanned title documents, PDFs and emails.
“Using AI to open files is a practical implementation for companies like BH who want to begin incorporating the power of modern machine learning services into their business,” Pythonic co-founder and CEO Matt Younkle said. “Our secure, SOC2 compliant solutions enable title agencies to automate tedious and time-consuming workflows, allowing customers to focus on what really matters – providing excellent service to their clients.”
