Morreale Real Estate Services, a national title and closing services provider, launched a new portal.

MSite creates a platform for clients and partners to use when working on the real estate process for the buyer or seller. The platform enables buyers or sellers to electronically sign or fill out and upload documents.

Considering the real estate, relocation and world changes of the past few years, Morreale Real Estate Services spoke to clients, partners and transferees about how to improve the portal.

“Hearing from these customer segments on what would make their jobs easier and improve working with our office was so valuable,” Chief Operating Officer Aaron Raffel said in a release.

The in-house IT team designed the new MSite and Morreale Real Estate Services launched it during the third quarter of 2022. The company said it has received good feedback about it since.

“MSite allows me to have access to my file’s day and night,” California Coast Escrow President and owner Jen Mendigutia, a partner of Morreale Real Estate Services, said. “With MSite, I know immediately who is assigned to work on my files and what demands/documents the Morreale Real Estate Services group needs to take care of. It allows for quick response time and a reduction of duplicate work. I love it.”
