Wednesday is also set to include plenty of talk on artificial intelligence (AI) and advancing technology, crafting the perfect hybrid work model for your business, navigating a changing legal landscape, finding optimal title operation efficiency, DEI tips and how to make meaningful connections with clients.
Donna Anderson, Doma Title Insurance agency development manager, will show guests how to attract and retain top talent on Thursday. Other sessions that day include how to gain commercial title volume, combating fraud during less-than-deal economic periods and relating ethical requirements to employee engagement and loss avoidance.
On Friday, “She Wins,” multi-generational advice from accomplished women in the title industry, will be offered by Jenny Martin, Future Title & Escrow chief business development officer; Debbie Mehm, Kensington Vanguard National Land Services training and development director; Heidi Thorne, Agents National Title Insurance Co. director of agency operations,; and Brooke Volkert, CloseSimple account executive;.
All of these talks are in addition to a slew of networking opportunities and planned social gatherings nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains.
