ClosingCorp acquires WEST’s order management solution

ClosingCorp has acquired an order management system from WEST, which both companies said is the first loan-centric ordering technology available.

Terms of ClosingCorp’s acquisition were not disclosed. ClosingCorp said the acquired order management system allows lenders to order title and closing services, appraisals, flood certifications, and documents in less than 60 seconds.
