Wilmington, Del.-based CSC recently added 29 new counties in 17 states to its eRecording network.
“Our industry was tested in entirely new and unpredictable ways in the first half of 2020, and the massive surge in real estate and lending activity has kept us all on our toes,” CSC Marketing Director Kevin Kinderman said in a release. “CSC wants to express our gratitude for the counties, submitters, and partners who put trust in us during this persistently tumultuous time—both for our country and within our businesses. We are honored to partner with you and weather the ups and downs together and are more enthusiastic than ever about the health and growth of CSC’s Real Estate division.”
The new jurisdictions include Tuolumne County in California; Stratford and East Granby, Conn.; Brooks County in Georgia; Finney County in Kansas; Carroll, Laurel, McLean, Anderson, Henry, Henderson, Kenton counties in Kentucky; Madison County in Louisiana; and Scott, Forrest, and Lowndes counties in Mississippi.
Other new jurisdictions include Dade County in Missouri; Quay County in New Mexico; Hertford County in North Carolina; Carbon County in Pennsylvania; Narragansett in Rhode Island; Kingsbury County in South Dakota; Humphreys, Bedford, and Hamblen counties in Tennessee; Andrews and Yoakum counties in Texas; Uintah County in Utah; and Botetourt County in Virginia.
