2010 State of the Industry Report

October Research Corporation's 2010 State of the Industry Report, includes a look at each aspect of the real estate, mortgage and settlement services industry through an aggregation of stories, interviews and data brought together by the October Research staff.

This 16-page report also includes a one page report on the general economic outlook for the U.S. culled from university business school economists, as well as from industry association economists such as Lawrence Yun.

The report also features the following:

• A synopsis of what is currently happening with the implementation of the new RESPA rule, as well as an overview of key RESPA caselaw decisions from 2009;
