Tim Anderson is President of the eMortgage Division for eVolve Mortgage Services. He is responsible for developing product and corporate strategy and strategic partner relationships that enhance and drive adoption of their digital mortgage platform and services. Prior to joining eVolve he was SVP of Digital Strategy and Product Innovation for MortgageConnect.
He brings over 35 years of industry experience having worked on both the lender and vendor side of the business. He has held executive management positions with Pavaso, DocMagic, Docutech, Black Knight Financial Services , Stewart Title, FreddieMac and HomeSide Lending where he ran the eCommerce Division and worked at technology companies like Microsoft, Dexma and Tuttle Information Services. He was also the original founder of the eMortgage Allianceâ„¢ which promoted MISMO standards for delivering legally compliant paperless processes.
He has served on the Advisory Boards of Microsoft and the Housing Roundtable. He is a past member of the MBA's Board of Technology, (BodTech), eMortgage Adoption Task Force and MBA MISMO Governance Board and is a current member of the MBA Residential Technology Committee (ResTech), MISMO eMortgage Workgroup, the Electronic Records and Signature Association, (ERSA), ALTA Technology Committee and both FannieMae and FreddieMac Vendor Technology Advisory Committees. Known for promoting strategic applications and trends in technology such as eSign and MISMO category one SMARTDocs®, Tim has received many industry awards and accolades including the prestigious Steven Fraser Award from Mortgage Technology Magazine, Mortgage Professional’s Hot 100, Top Tech Innovator Award, Progress in Lending Thought Leader Award and named Mortgage IT AllStar by Mortgage Banker Magazine and HousingWire’s Tech Trendsetter award.

Jim O'Donnell

Jim's been at the helm for over 30 years. He graduated with a B.A. in English from Rhode Island College and went on to law school at Suffolk University. Before coming on board at Equity, he worked in customer service and sales capacities and spent 8 years in local politics and city government.
As President, Jim focuses on culture, business development (in particular large brand relationships), strategy and industry affairs. With a strong senior and middle management team running day-to-day operations, Jim is free to be creative and build. He spends a lot of time with customers, sharing solutions he and his team have built or in creating new ones together. He balances those efforts with staying in tune with compliance and regulatory trends and issues and ensuring our compliance management systems stay ahead of the curve. The most important aspect of Jim's day is investing in our people and their development. The result is a unique culture of engaged employees who truly care for and connect with customers.
Jim sees himself as a servant leader who enriches the lives of those with whom he interacts and enhances the work in which he's involved. He loves to solve vexing problems in collaboration with others, and in particular, with customers. Jim enjoys coming alongside smart and creative people who bring different perspectives and ideas from other industries to help stir the imagination and collaboratively solve perplexing issues.
When Jim isn't busy heading up Equity National Title, he enjoys spending time with his family. He has four children, all of whom have finished school and well employed (he likes to say ‘off the payroll’) and one grandson.

Jaime Kosofsky

Jaime Kosofsky is an Attorney and Entrepreneur who has harnessed his Entrepreneurial spirt and married it to his extensive knowledge of real estate law, business law, and mortgage regulatory law to create a unique mortgage based law practice (Brady & Kosofsky, PA) and a separate technology firm which (USPROSERV, LLC) which provides hosted services, managed services, and builds custom integrations between stakeholders in the mortgage origination space, mortgage servicing space with fellow real estate settlement agents. Jaime partners with CEOs, executives, compliance professionals and real estate professionals to provide incredible service levels utilizing common sense and cutting edge technology developed by his technology firm. After spending nearly a decade working in as a Settlement Agent, REO Attorney and Sports Lawyer marketing and securing sponsorships from fortune 500 companies with professional athletes, Jaime knows what truly drives the mortgage industry and how the federal regulatory changes have change the both the servicing and origination game. Drawing on his experience gained during his sports practice he realizes that rather than merely mastering the marketing flavor of the week. It’s how well you connect with the heart-beating people you’re trying to help and communicate your understanding back to them. Whether dealing with Mortgage Compliance Officers and Executives, or consumers Jaime has mastered the art of communication and education.

Mary Schuster

Mary Schuster serves as Executive Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at RamQuest, Inc., and is host of Commitment Matters, a podcast for the title and settlement industry.
Her unique career spans more 30 years in the industry as a Closing Officer and Agency Manager, Corporate Marketing Director, Software Specialist and regulatory expert. She is a nationally recognized speaker to groups of title & settlement providers, lenders, realtors and attorneys.
While she didn’t set out to become a regulatory nerd, RESPA Reform and later TRID provided an opportunity to blend her talents in industry, software and education, when Mary helped lead title and settlement companies through learning and implementing those changes.
She recently moved to Galena IL, where she lives with her partner Dan and their two doggies, Grace and Shelby.
